How It Works
1Create a New Company
Set up your organization in the Admin Portal with your CLEAR API credentials and project ID. Each company gets a unique branded verification URL.
2Upload Employee Roster
Connect a database, Workday (HRIS), ServiceNow (ATS), Okta (IAM), or Entra to pull in employee data. Match employee records with CLEAR verification and store the verified user ID.
3Share Verification URL
Send employees to
/your-company/verify — they enter their name, verify through CLEAR, and their verified user ID is stored against their employee record.4Track Results
